Before you book

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Tell us what needs cleaning — by phone or through our free online quote tool — and Jonathan will review it and give you a clear, honest price. As Laura Taylor's review puts it, he 'returned my call quickly, provided options for pricing, and exceeded my expectations.' No pressure, no obligation.

Will I deal with Jonathan himself?

Yes. Green Eagle is owner-led — Jonathan quotes the work, shows up for it and takes the calls. That's why clients name him personally in their reviews. There's no call center between you and the person doing the job.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what's being cleaned and how much of it — a driveway is different from a whole house or a roof. Rather than quote a gimmick headline price, we look at the actual job and give you one clear number up front. Our reviews mention a 'reasonable estimate' and a price that was 'very fair' — that's what we aim for every time.

How soon can you come out?

Usually quickly. Nickey Woodfield's review describes 'fast communication, reasonable estimate, fast appointment, on time' — that's the standard. And if something comes up, we're flexible: Arika Barnes had to reschedule and found us 'very understanding and prompt with a new date and time.'

What areas do you serve?

We're based in South Raleigh and cover Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Garner, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville and the surrounding Wake and Johnston County towns — generally within about 40 miles of Raleigh. See our service-area page for the full list.

About soft washing & pressure

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is right for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and sidewalks. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution, and it's what you want on delicate surfaces — siding and roofs — where high pressure would cause damage. We match the method to the surface on every job rather than blasting everything the same way.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not the way we do it. Blasting siding at full pressure can force water behind the panels and cause real problems, which is exactly why we soft-wash it instead — low pressure with a manufacturer-approved solution that kills mold, mildew and algae at the source. Your siding comes back to its true color safely, and stays clean longer than a plain rinse.

Is it safe to pressure wash a roof?

You should never put high pressure on a roof — it strips the granules that protect your shingles and shortens the roof's life. We only ever soft-wash roofs, using a safe, manufacturer-approved low-pressure system that kills the algae and moss at the source and rinses clean. No high pressure on your roof, ever.

Do the mold and algae come back right away?

Not as fast as with a plain rinse. Because our soft wash actually kills the organic growth at the source rather than just blasting the surface, it stays cleaner for longer. Many clients set up a yearly maintenance clean to stay ahead of it — Greg S.'s review mentions using us again 'for our yearly maintenance.'

Will the cleaning solution harm my plants?

We take care to protect landscaping — pre-wetting and rinsing plants and being deliberate about where solution goes. Looking after the property, not just the surface being cleaned, is part of doing the job right.

Trust, insurance & after

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Green Eagle Pressure Washing is a licensed, fully insured LLC. That matters most when someone's on a ladder over your home or roof — with the right coverage in place, an accident is our problem to handle, not yours.

Do you do commercial work too?

We do. Alongside residential exterior cleaning, we keep businesses looking professional — storefronts, building facades, sidewalks, parking lots, drive-thrus and dumpster pads — scheduled around your hours. Property managers and HOAs use us to keep whole portfolios consistent, and we offer recurring maintenance plans.

What do you do before you leave?

We walk the finished job with you so you can see the difference for yourself. Clients regularly tell us the result came out 'better than expected' — and we'd rather you say that on the spot than find a missed spot later. Fast communication start to finish is the whole point.

Can I book recurring maintenance?

Absolutely. Exteriors green up again over time, especially in North Carolina's humidity, so many homeowners and businesses book us on a regular schedule to stay ahead of it. Just ask when you get your estimate and we'll set up a plan that suits the property.
